Third edition of Asian Film Festival kicks off in Vietnam
This year's event is being held through a partnership between local government bodies and the Vietnam Film Development Association. It will run until July 5 and includes a range of activities such as competitive screenings, public film viewings, workshops, and opportunities for fans to meet filmmakers and actors.
A total of 14 films from across Asia are set to compete in the main selection. Additionally, four international premieres will be featured. Participating countries include China, India, Iran, Malaysia, South Korea, and several other nations from the Asia-Pacific region.
According to reports, two Chinese films, Black Dog and Like a Rolling Stone, will be shown in competition and are also scheduled for screenings in Da Nang cinemas.
